4、Cooling oil level is too low

5、Low oil grade or poor oil quality

Should use the manufacturer's special tightening oil, such as other low grade or residual oil will return to the viscosity and specific heat does not reach the standard constitutes the temperature is too high.

6. Cracked or slack fan tape

When the tape cracked when the compressor operation 5min or so will be due to high temperature and active shutdown, such as the tape is too loose will slip, so that the fan speed down, and then affect the heat dissipation, at this moment, should be replaced or adjusted fan tape tightness.

7、Oil break valve failure

In the oil filter and tighten between an oil cut-off valve, when the oil cut-off valve can not be opened, due to the lack of oil lubrication and cooling, tighten the machine after the start of the temperature rises actively, about 1min or so will be actively shut down. Remove the temperature plug of the exhaust side of the main machine, you will find no oil on the plug monotonous, there will be smoke from the hole. Turn over the bottom of the air compressor access hole, remove the oil valve, use your fingers to quietly dial the valve stem to see if it can be pushed back and forth and can be easily reset. If it is difficult to dial or return to the position, it is necessary to further disassemble the oil shut-off valve. Assuming that there is grease in the valve stem or valve hole, it is necessary to use fine sandpaper to polish until it can be easily slid; assuming that the spring is broken or there is a foreign object that can affect the movement of the valve stem, it is necessary to replace the spring or clean the spring and the spring seat.

8、Oil-air separator filter element is too dirty

When it is too dirty, the oil will affect the circulation due to excessive resistance, which will cause overheating and shutdown. This condition is judged from the pressure difference before and after loading, when the pressure difference between the two ends is 3 times or 0.1MPa at the beginning of the boot, it should be organized or replaced.
